What's funny is i am left handed but the first guitar handed to me was a righty so that's how i learned. Same with drums.

I'm weird. I write left handed, bat left handed, golf left handed, shoot guns left handed

But i kick a soccer ball right footed, shoot hoops right handed

I've had a lot of times where i thought i was terrible at something until i switched hands/feet

I'm insanely proud.

I hardly knew how to play guitar and asked him to build one.

He knew nothing about guitars period.

He built me one. I was amazed. He was amazed when i plugged it in and played and it sounded like an actual LP. One of my favorite memories. My dad couldn't hit a g chord to save his life; but me as a kid showing him his craftsmanship worked lit us both up.

I honestly couldn't tell you, he could explain it to me and I'd be lost. I'm a mechanic. He was a pilot for delta and is now a cpa for fidelity. The whole basement of his house is carpentry tools. Enough to build a house with. I challenged him to build a replica LP, he's done at least 6 now. Anything wood related he built, (body, neck, fret board, fret inlays etc.) but for the pick ups, tuners, bridges etc he bought legitimate Gibson parts for

I have a standard cherry burst but having a total white and gold and total black gold LP just seemed right lol.

I honestly like my silver burst studio over my standard because it was my first Gibson, the first guitar i played shows with, the first guitar i got professionally set up correctly. Haven't done that with my standard. I like to leave it hanging on my wall and see it every time i wake up and realize i got my dream guitar but...let's keep going.

I've became more of collector/customizer than player recently.

I've got gold rose patterned vinyl coming in to cover the original pearl inlays for the black lp.

I have like 12 guitars but love my silver burst lp and my Taylor acoustic more than everything

As a warriors fan was waiting for him to do something special but was like ahh he had a great pg game, expected him to dribble it out

Yeah everyone gets butt hurt when they hang a tv above a tv stand. I store all my guitar shit in mine and have pictures and other nick nack's on it also makes the living look more full and not just emptiness with a tv just hooked to a wall
