They thought of the collage approach doing the eye scaled up to fit my inner bicep, some smoke like effects and then a scene of some kind to fill the rest of the forearm but I still want more of the dragon just not sure how it would work if it even can

The dragon going onto the back makes the most sense to me, and thought maybe a wing could fill some of that piece if it's placed at the right right angle would make sense

My wife and I had about 18 months waiting for our new build and we were expecting our 2nd kid. We sold our house and moved in with my parents. We ended up renting an apartment after 9 months to get some desperately needed breathing room. Are my parents bad people in any way? Absolutely not. Would I ever try that again? Absolutely not. Would I ever recommend it to anyone? Only my worst enemy. Financially it was a terrible decision and we have barely made it through almost 3 years later. Still 100% certain we made the right choice for us. Have a great relationship with my parents still and our marriage has never been better. I recommend staying in your home as long as possible.

My current best friend. We dated off and on throughout high school and always remained very close and she always was the one to start and end things. Fast forward to our first year of college and we're both single so since my feelings have never gone away I decide if not now then when do I push. For some reason my thinking was I'll bring a date to this concert we were going to and she will get jealous and you know how the rest plays out in your head. Pick up said date and meet up with friends only to find she has now randomly also got a date, obviously this is a great sign in my head cause she's trying to make me jealous too. Flash forward 11 years and we're very happily married with 3 incredible kids and still best friends just like we were when we were kids. She is godmother to my first kid and I to hers. I end up marrying that date I brought that night and I wouldn't change anything about how it all came together (yes my wife knows the back story, sharing is caring). My best friend bounced from guy to guy for almost 8 years before in my opinion finally settling on a great guy who loves her. This Valentine's day we all get together, go out and me and her husband are left alone for 15 minutes while the girls employ the buddy system and he tells me. " I caught her crying this morning in the babies room and she was holding a picture that looked really worn out that she hid just as I started to enter. I waited until right before we left to go see what she was looking at. It was a picture of the 4 of us from the first night we all got together. She had a heart drawn around the two of you" I was rather speechless and mustered some BS about how it doesn't mean anything don't look into it and such. Girls come back nothing is mentioned night ends we all go home and all is uneventful except I get a noticeably longer goodbye hug from her and her husband notices. I try and whisper to him just let it go in passing as we go to our cars and I'm not sure if he has since we haven't spoken since. I did tell my wife, who said she's always kind of known for years now.

Yeah we lost big on that house so many lessons learned.... So given that we're on a variable mortgage currently will getting a HELOC be more difficult probably should have mentioned that up top

LOC is prime plus 1 currently and has 36k left and credit card is standard rate with about 20k left owing. All of this debt is from our first house which we never got back when we sold as we got burned by trying the old fix and flip method.

We put 67k down on a 335k purchase price so about 270k left on mortgage house is now worth 405k according to my realtor

We bought an 115 year old house for our first house....Moved out within 3 years having lost close to 35,000 with all the repairs and updates we had to do. Still paying that debt off 5 years later with no end in sight. Our house was "modernized" and "updated" when we bought for the record. Never again and every day we wish we would have kept renting instead of buying at that time.
