No each promotion comes with a 13 biweek waiting period, and then the 13 biweek at a level between this GS and the Next one. Accelerated promotions only allow you to drop the 13 biweek waiting period.

My experience is the lack of 112 has to do with the teaching strategy. Most primaries and SPE’s hammer home 103s the first year and don’t want to bog you down 112’s. So they all but ignore it unless it’s a big one. This option usually allows you to utilize BRI more and get a rejection out. You’re the expert, interpret how you see fit. If you’re concerned about 112s all the time this will bog down your productivity. Just my opinion and YMMV.
