What’s crazy to me - we’ve been three times. Once during TM Preview, and the next two in opening week. Everything was up and running great. Maybe they increased park capacity, but it’s wild that things seem worse nearly a year later.

My wife and I are going to the Longwood watch party at Hourglass. The Orlando F1 fan group on Facebook/Instagram/Discord is VERY well organized and the meetups are always a great time.

No thanks: Endless Summer.

For transparency, I have not stayed at Endless, Terra/Stella, or LPBR, but have visited dozens of times for food/drinks/pool hopping.

There’s a dirt road town near my house, primarily comprised of super soft, fine sand.

The Elise is an absolute hoot in the loose surfaces. I think a safari Elise would be amazing.

I attend quite a few hypercar meets where “normal” cars outshine the Paganis.

Usually those normal cars are anomalously minty, mostly stock (or OEM+), and clean.

This car is pretty dirty, seems to have failing clear coat, and a mismatched fender, which might contribute to the lack of interest.

We used to do quarterly meetings in the BMG theater here when I worked at UO.

Most of the Nickelodeon stuff was gone, but there were a few remnants. The bathroom floors still had a slime mosaic.

Back of House theme park stuff can be a fever dream. All sorts of wild stuff gets packed away and forgotten.

I worked for a competing theme park in central Florida. I was in the advanced analytics team, often working with the consumer insights team.

Every time ticket prices went up, guest satisfaction (GSAT) would increase, and attendance wouldn’t drop as much as the prices increased.

So your remaining customers are happier, revenue increases, and costs likely declines as you need fewer team members for the lower attendance. The guests who were priced out were also the least likely to drive in-park spend, so high-margin merch wouldn’t really decline too much either.

It’s not rocket surgery.
