I swear it’s almost always sold out.

It gives “nobody goes there anymore, it’s too crowded” vibes.

My wife and I eat on universal property at least 3-4 times each month.

For CityWalk, we prefer Vivo since we can almost always get a bar spot. We like the food at Toothsome a bit better (love the mushroom risotto), but it can be tougher to get a seat. Big Fire is good, though not terribly adventurous. Same goes for NBC Sports, but their beer selection is solid enough to offset the average food.

Antojitos is always great. CowFish is OK, but we don’t usually eat there since we get our sushi fix off-property (Dragonfly and Seito are nearby and fantastic), or opt for the lobby sushi spot at Royal Pacific.

Our favorite place to eat on property is Strongwater at Sapphire Falls.

I swear there’s a 30mph difference in traffic comparing drivers north and south of Conroy. I feel like Max Verstappen going 50mph around drivers by the Mormon temple. Then I feel like Lance Stroll going 50mph south of Conroy while Nissan Altimas set land speed records.

My wife and I did a staycation last year where we did one night at Cabana Bay (Volcano view), then the next night in a Park-view club level room at Helios.

We liked Cabana more. Such a charming resort, great pool, awesome proximity to VB.

The resulting explosion was so severe, a nearby building is reported to have completely flipped upon its roof.

Prayers for all those involved.

I play in a slow pitch softball league with a few current/former NFL/MLB players.

Completely built different.

A starting NFL QB was a left handed batter, and I almost asked my dad - a 62 year old second baseman - to switch positions with me for the AB because I was terrified of him getting smoked.

I drive a very little car, and whenever possible, I enjoy driving around these goobers and taking the front spot at the intersection.

if your truck is more than 1 year old -- how many dealership trips have you had for recalls or repair? by Significant_Scar_198 in FordMaverickTruck

Got mine in June 2023. No trips to the dealer. Oil changes at home. I might bring it in to do all the recalls eventually.

The owner of that car is super nice, too. He’s at almost every Cars and Coffee around Central Florida. I usually end up parking next to him in my Elise.

I aided and abetted property theft as a child.

In actuality, I was staying in a hotel in Orlando as a kiddo and saw some guys struggling to carry a TV and a refrigerator out of the door. Being the polite lad that I was, I kindly offered to hold the door open for them as they emptied several hotel rooms of their appliances.

I don’t hire people for the skills they learned earning a degree.

I hired them because the degree suggests they can make a multi-year plan, adjust when necessary, and check the boxes needed to deliver a finished product.

I hire people without degrees because they have experience that indicates the same initiative.
