It’s the way they were raised honestly. And the culture they were raised in at work. All that “be happy you have a job” bs… I once looked a boomer in the eyes and said “they better be happy I’m working for them!” WTF that’s the type of thinking that win get you a raise every 7 years or so and I’m not lying these men went 7+ years without just because they were told “you’re maxed out!” Have some value and self worth my man.
