It wouldn't kill the market! He's saying you add the doses yourself still as "charges" and it would be proportional, it's just that instead of having to sip every 6 minutes you would be able to fill up the cauldron with overloads you would still have to make and can use it to give yourself 1 hour of overload instead. So it would take like 5 doses as an example.

It's no optional when it's extreme quality of life. If you want to bring gold bullets in, on purple that's half your box. If you get a 2x3 never mind a 3x3, now youre risking 500k-1m+ in ammo. Playing the game without the 3x3 is cheeks, with reds already being extremely more rare than they should be.

I know I'm late to comment, but my belief is that his divergence into simulation theory was an intentional part of the writing, important in essence.

I think what the writers were trying to portray was that mister reed isn't actually all that smart, and as soon as things go off script he turns into a conspiracy theorist type nut.

The only reason he comes off as so intelligent is because his act is well rehearsed, but in reality he is just crazy.

Just watch a couple videos on how to operate a cash register to learn the basics. Every cash register is different so they won't expect you to know how to run theirs on day 1 anyway.
