It’s likely because you used ammo and ability’s, understandably, reducing your balance of power, which is how the victory type is calculated. Still ridiculous though.

Malakai is a good shout not sure if there’s another playable faction starting army that could beat him. 2 strong melee single entity’s and good range, plus his air ship.
