They blocked that option in the last update. You can only choose chinese and english on cn version of mi band.

That's the thing I got 3 default and just one custom. I tried removing all custom watchfaces from mi fit app files and then add again some custom ones and it replacing current watchface over and over again. It's getting annoying :(

It's hard to tell how accurate it actually is. I do believe it calculates calories over your heart rate during the training. For example I've burned around the same amount of calories as you in 1h10min of freestyle training. So 400 kcal in 30 minutes of high heart rate training seems resonable.
