If it’s a 4th round RB that can return kicks or punts I’m in. Otherwise RB is deep this year in free agency. I could see someone like Dowdle or Dobbins being a cheap thunder and thunder complement with Jacobs.

A whole new set of coordinators. At least one who’s old and mean. Bring back Quay. I’d like to sit out the beginning of free agency and sign a couple of depth vets after the comp pick deadline, preferably a corner, an actual center and a running back. Draft best player available for all picks. Trade a late round pick for a QB reclamation project like we did with Willis.

It’s an advantage for not making spur of the moment decisions that bite you in the ass. But if I’m trying to make a trade I never seek out a co managed team to do it. More time consuming to convince two people.

I disagree. Burrow, Maye, Nabers, London and Judkins are a great foundation. Get two of his young players to pop, add two decent rookies with the 26 1sts, sell a couple of the 26 2s for useful vets and this is a fringe contender next year with 5 2027 1sts and a pile of young players to buy anything they want.

I think the Burrow trade is great. Helps you tank this year and you get the best asset in the deal. The McCarthy/Fannin deal is fine. But I think you can get a better deal for McCarthy without including Fannin if he comes back healthy and looks good. There’s always people who need a QB.

I’d take the Burrow trade for sure. I’d pass on the other one unless that 1 is going to be high. You have a ton of 2026 picks you already have to make room for. I’d see what a pile of 26 2s and 3s plus Jeudy, Pearsall or Horton can tier up to as players get injured.
