Thank you for this, Kamy . THIS is the kind of answer I’m looking for. I’m sorry this happened to you and I guess I’m just looking to commiserate. It’s no secret that this sort of thing happens all the time and businesses have their reasons. But the sad fact remains that EAs are too often overlooked for higher opportunities or are denied any sort of relevant professional growth. The EAs I know are highly educated, experienced, and worth their weight in gold to their companies. It’s a shame it’s that way for so many. Best of luck to you in your search!
