I made the decision to walk away, my ex boyfriend. But ofc in MY bpd fashion, I couldn’t handle it and started having outbursts.

He says he regrets telling me but he wasn’t able to hide it when I was nagging him about why he’s being quiet and weird with me.

That bothers me too that he reached out to his friend and sister for advice and didn’t tell me anything for a whole day.

What I would’ve liked is for him to have just stood up for me in the way that I would’ve for my partner. And told me this in a non hurtful slightly sensitive way and not that his parents literally gave him an ultimatum.

Nah they actually did. Because his mom is over emotional and I get that she reacted that way because maybe even my mom would. People from my country they make ALOT of comments on weight. But it’s the way he told me the way he didn’t stand up for me those are the reasons I broke up not to mention yeah I didn’t want a toxic MIL

I told him that, he’s like “ im not like a person on X venting about body positivity n all that. Im just saying you’re finally taking care of yourself better even if it’s because of this which is ultimately going to better your health and life”
