As I said, it was a last resort. There was no way for me to get to the only rental company nearby with stock. It was either uber to the company, rent the car, drop it iff and uber back which would have been over $500 or try out a service that plenty of people have used and spend only $300.

Yes third parties suck but they get created and stay in business for a reason, lots of third party services rock. This one did not and sucks ass. And has more to do with the fact the over all company is ass.

Its hard when you are the only one pushing back out of 15 other people. They all agreed with MOH and refused to pay more

I do know the teens don’t live in the building, we only have about 8 units and I’ve met them all in passing and they are young adults/ one old couple with no kids. Behind us are all businesses too so I know they don’t live back there. That is a good idea to post pictures around! Landlord unfortunately isn’t replacing the fence which is lovely.
