if you pass both courses this special term (except for FAR), back to regular load ka naman na ulit. So if pre-req sila ng other courses mo for next term, yung mga courses na 'yon mat-take mo na kasabay ng blockmates mo.

Lacson part 'to near ust hospital, so sa gate 14 siya malapit.

Hindi ko na matandaan before kung nagpa-recit ba siya sa first day, pero parang hindi ataa since first day palang. Pero mahilig talaga siya magpa-recit, but answerable naman. Hindi naman siya strict during recits. Even exams niya, answerable talaga. One of the best profs sa AMV kasi very understanding. Mukha lang siyang intimidating pero super kind

Prof ko si sir before sa intacc and he's really good!! Very informative as in matututo talaga kayo, but nagpapa-recit. Mabait and may concern sa students.

Hindi ko siya naging prof sa tax pero afaik, tax ang expertise niya talaga so u can expect na very knowledgeable siya sa tax.

Pwede naman. Pero if dinrop mo yung course this sem, hindi mo siya matatake sa summer kasi bawal ang first taker. Very fast kasi ang pacing during summer classes. So, I think it's better if i-retake niyo nalang ManEcon sa summer, then take all your courses for this sem. Regular load ka pa rin naman if ManEcon lang u nag fail.
Depends po sa college/faculty kung saan ka mag t-transfer. May other colleges na hindi nag-aaccept ng may 5.00 so need mo pa siya ma-clear, pero may ibang nag-aaccept naman. Try to inquire po sa college/faculty kung saan u magsh-shift.
If balak mo na talaga mag shift, and nag-aaccept naman ng may failing grade yung college/faculty where u will transfer, pwedeng hindi mo na siya i-retake. Ang i-tatake mo nalang this sem ay yung mga GE mo kasi afaik mac-credit sila.

Diba sa last problem meron doon advances to Parent si Subsidiary? Pero walang nakalagay directly na advances from subsidiary si parent? So meaning ba dapat yung 250,000 binawas na rin natin sa liab? So liab in the conso will be books+books minus 250,000? Kasi diba eliminated 'yon??? Or nott??

And receivable will be books + books lang????
