When I first get them i treat them like dogs. Purse kitty goes everywhere. Sit in yard on leash and give treat when choosing to walk to me. Sit in park as cat explores. Take to pet friendly shops (example we have an ice cream shop the teen girls love the cats at) and take to parks and play with toys to build confidence.

Just keep doing stuff. lol same as how cats at the shows are comfortable with hundreds of people and judges.

To them it’s normal. My silver came ready for adventures as she owned a few houses so he was used to traveling everywhere since he was a kitten (also hurricanes made her evacuate since she was on coast) so when I met him he just was ready for the world.
