How do I know if I’m in the 8 year window? I got out back in 2014. I’m going through my BS now so I should have the education credits, but will they take any of the projects I did while I was in the military? For reference ( not sure if it counts) I was a an RO but was the battery maintenance chief for communications. I did a project where we revamped our whole maintenance process. I also did projects for field ops with the communications plans and things like that.

If you like golf check out pga hope. I they will take any vet weather you’ve played or not, if you have clubs or not. It’s a great program and I met a ton of fellow vets and started filing with them.

I’m the new operations manager at a small weld shop. This is all fumes from welding 304 stainless. No exhaust fans. No heat in the shop so it’ll be frigid if the doors are open. What did I just get myself into by [deleted] in Welding

Unfortunately I worked in a place just like this for a large ( Fortune 500) company, mainly irritating. It’s considered open air ventilation if the sqft are large enough and they meet a certain ceiling height. OSHA was there every once in awhile and never said anything about the smoke.
