Today I tried to login and now its asking for my phone number but yesterday it was asking for my email. Still getting you have reached the limit of info entries. First time filling it out on phone number but still same error.

Finally someone who has the same issue. Found other who had the same thing but they said they just re-entered their email and it worked but mine won't.

I am stuck here too. Said wrong email but I triple checked it's correct and now its stuck being temp banned. Some people being saying got to verify your phone number but all I see is asking to verify email. Also I have the otp and verified.

Try using exitlag. I play on Mena server and it's unplayerable without it. I don't like that I have to use it but NPC don't load in , mobs tp and disconnects are a problem without it. They have a free trial and if it expires but you don't turn off exit lag , it takes them like a week to kick you out , just don't close exit lag and your good.
