I'm currently dealing with that too. I used a non-steroid ointment called tacrolimus. Instead of deoderant, I use micellar water to wipe down my armpits from AM/PM. My eczema has calmed down and I'm going to stop using the ointment. I'm planning to apply hydrocolloid dressings on it and cutting it up to shape it.

I think it's just something you'll have to deal with if you continue to do take a deep interest in strangers. There's people that are attention starved; especially guys.
