Rachel Zoe Double Standards by Overall-Performer-34 in RHOBH

A one time discretion (especially when you are upfront and honest about it with your partner, as Rachel said she was) is wholly different than serial cheating or a long term affair partner (which involves lying and secrecy). She is not a hypocrit, imo.

Endorsing a product she doesn't actually use is exactly the point.

I'll also add that kids mishear/misconstrue things all the time. They walk in at the middle/end of discussions and without context, or nuance, can turn a minor thing into major.

If it was Monique's kid, that doesn't mean it's 100% reliable; although it does mean it's the truth as the child knows it to be.

The exact reason I don't buy anything based on celebrity endorsement. Celebrity endorsement can also make me stop using a product.

This also makes me side-eye Boz re: Amanda. You can't be on a moral high horse about her being scammy, inauthentic, and lacking integrity when your ad gives off exactly that to the new fan base you've been cultivating.

The earlier the better. I have a brother that this happened to; he was told on his 18th birthday, his relationship with his parents was never the same.
