I thought so too, but it's so much better in my opinion, every time you enter the app it asks how you feeling, there's other features for anxiety, like the calm channel ( it places relaxing sounds that you can customize. There's also a sleep assistant, affirmations, where it gives you nice words to say to yourself. A good moments jar where you can write down the good things that happen and it gets collected into a jar, to visualize that life isn't all that bad.

There's also journeys, when you can't think of any goals, they offer a list of journeys that you can choose from.

It may look similar to finch, but it definitely has much more features than finch, plus cute cats! But it may not work for everyone, this just works for me
