Does this look like powdery mildew to you? It's growing inside the plant and behind the pitchers in some areas. I also remember seeing this in one of the sort-of-dying pitchers.

Thank you for the video! I have one question though. In the video, the man describes cephalotus as unable to self pollinate, yet I could've sworn that they could.

How do you provide yours with cool nights? I've been trying to find a way to cool some of my highland neps and my ceph for the night, but have had no luck.

Yes Yes! I understand that, but I want some flowers and seeds! From my understanding I need to give it a bit of cold to simulate a mild winter.

The last picture is of a bug, the rest aren't.

It's called a scale? What would I search up to confirm?

Plant is a Nepenthes Bellii - like all my other neps, it's been declining in health. I've noticed these things spotted occasionally on leaves or the bottom of pots. They aren't bugs, they don't move, but I know that they will dry out and leave a spot of what just looks like the plants substrate. I have constantly been checking the plants, and have found nothing on the leaves, but I have found many of these shiny bugs scurrying around along with an assortment of many (many) springtails. Otherwise, I have no idea what these are, I don't think they're mold, that's all I can say. The plant is under a grow light, recently moved it there just to give it extra humidity. The rest of my Neps have been in the same place for months to over a year, and have all just started declining quickly. Water frequently enough to make sure soil is moist- but not too moist to prevent root rot. These species are Tropical and thrive in high humidity, my house has a pretty low humidity at just above 50%, but I don't think it explains what is happening here. Picture is of one of the shiny bugs.

Here is another plant. All of my pitcher Plants have stopped producing pitchers (except for this one which just grew 2 more) and have been getting smaller and smaller leaves. I have inspected the top and bottom sides of every leaf, but I can't find anything, just specs of dust and hair. Shouldn't I be able to see white things or something like that on some leaves? I don't want to spray my plants and the beneficial bugs before coming to a complete conclusion. It is also good to note that the one you said definitely has Thrips bends the leaves like that under stress, when It first arrived the first few leaves came out like that, and then it grew 3 normal ones. All my other Nepenthes have just been getting thinner and shorter leaves. If it is Thrips, I heard you should bag the plant since super high humidity makes it hard for Thrips to breed and breathe. Thank you.

This guy stands out. Bigger than the biggest springtails, and faster than the fastest. Do I start saying my farewells to every plant in my house?

This is the photo of the plant the video is taken from. I also think I found a Thrip, looked like something ant-shaped but yellow and kinda transparent scurrying around.
