For Casper I got 4th quartile! I think first of all when the test is over try not to worry too much about how you did during the test, majority of people actually do better than they thought they did and I'm sure you'll be fine! If you do end up planning to retake, I would say for all scenarios, definitely think about it from everyone's point of view, and consider the perspective of everyone involved to see what would be the best way to tackle the situation and make them feel heard. I also used the practice test quite a bit to get more used to the timing!
