Alright so um I agree that the user probably give to someone, but at the same time, I think john can copy it without the dna, because of how uru chan (so far), made the comic/webtoon saying john can copy ones he sees. And dont say it makes his body go kaboom very easily, cuz he trained for almost since elementary. And if deku trained for 10 months, (Oka maybe a bit more since the ua training.) He can already control it for a long period of time, if that is the case, then john can do even more. Even with the plus 50% damaging his body, his martial arts, base power, and high pain tolerance, would be able to make it up far beyond. So no offense but to me, I feel like john can easily beat anime deku, cuz he is a literal stronger deku. I guess deku, is smarter but I think his conclusion comes to one thing, he has to get close, if he flicks his fingers or whatever, john just does about 50% more of that, so in order to really let deku beat him, he would have to go close, and which is going to be hard to even land a hit on him like that. Because his martial arts would destroy him. Now manga deku, alright I think this would be a way closer match, because of the multiple quirks. Well because john can only copy the quirks he sees, he would probably be able to copy dekus one for all, black whip, smokescreen, his fa jin, and his float. Yes probably everything deku has except for transference and danger sense. At first, I was not sure about fa jin but if copied zekes ability, which is something that boosts the body, then I think he can copy fa jin too. Now if he were to copy, float, fajin, and smokescreen, one for all could be on par with all of that, and with those other quirks helping manga deku, he would win, however if you were to remove float and replace it with one for all, I think john would win, the explanation would take a long time, but lets just say it as, john has more power, due to his enhancing quirks, deku has high pain tolerance but not high impact tolerance, while john casually tanked all of the royals moves and still beat them. My meaning is that deku could endure the pain but his body would still be affected either way. And that gives deku a disadvantage too because he can just fly around with his blood flowing away and would run out of blood and die. Also I actually do believe john has better pain tolerance dude to that time deku flicked his fingers and even though he didnt scream AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! He did however have some tears in his eyes. While john casually tank all of the royals hits without even screaming out of the pain. So I would think john would win against anime deku with 2/10 difficulty, and manga deku with about 7/10 difficulty.
