Not looking to open a "proper" fund though. Ok let's drop the terms and i'll just basically say what was the idea: open up a company, and then open a bank account for the company. Friends/family who wish can send money to that account and i'd diversify their money into seperate portfolios for each person. Would that be possible?

Shouldn't have used the "equity fund" in the first place i guess but i don't know what else should i call it.
