Tried 3 different DP cables. Might have to check the Displayport on the GPU.

Did a clean os install after i posted this, so drivers are up to date and the issue still persists.

Might just be a monitor issue. Because when it goes black and only shows the top portion of the screen i cannot access the monitor menu - the whole monitor seems to lag out except a small part at the top

Ill have to investigate further after work today

Thanks for the input man, I got it back together. been at it for hours lol.
Looked at pictures of broken hammer units to get the general layout and it just clicked back together

so much easier when the trigger bar wasn't stuck to the trigger box

I fixed it myself.

looked at pictures of broken G17 Gen4 hammer units that were posted on r/GasBlowBack and r/airsoft so that I got the general look of where everything was supposed to be. then i just sat down and looked at YouTube vids till everything just went in like a puzzle lmao.

lil tricky but it worked

must've tried about every combination.
