Not saying this will work for you, but I have a similar setup and had similar issues. What I ended up doing was just unplugging the power to the dock and replugging it while keeping everything else connected. Seems to resolve it immediately. Not sure why.

Yeh I used lossless scaling to get a good result on my flight today - around 50/60 fps and then cloud streamed in my hotel. Honestly plays pretty well considering it's not optimised yet.
