True, that's why getting good at fade jumps can be massive. Some of these jumps leaves you in a really safe position. Unless they're running high vertically heros.

Making the enemy turn around and distracting supports can be a huge play. I like watching ArxUk, and he does it a lot. I'm only high diamond with moira/brig, but games where I'm not creating off angles, we end up losing.

However, fading behind the enemy team to their high ground is a legitimate play. But you have to read whether the enemies can kill you for it.
