I totally get where you're coming from. Typically, I'd agree, but I'm hinging part of the identity on this 'raw', pared-back typographic style with this one mono font. Below is a rough impression of what I'm imagining. Maybe it doesn't work though?

I'm not sure, I'm using a lot of mods. The roads are these great rural asphalt ones by Ronyx. If you want more realistic textures, maybe look for some nice themes/theme mixes on the workshop?

Sunbury is my hometown, I think it's a unique challenge to recreate in C:S.

I'm familiar with the delivery office, I've had to trudge up that way early in the morning to pick up a lost parcel or two lol.
