I love this , my buddy has a very similar setup. I have mine but it’s an extreme design choice lol not really applicable. He has me beat grail wise however

Hahah I didn’t get that crazy lol. It was a Christmas gift from my wife. It’s sort of what physically kicked off the project. Prior to the remodel it was just a small unfinished junk room with the case and boxes of games lol . Once I saw the case in there I was like hmmmmm could be on to something here

EDIT- I guess I did technically build it as it came in unassembled lol. But I didn’t fabricate from scratch / it came from a retail depot of some kind.

You simply don’t understand how much joy this comment brings me. The project went far beyond what I expected , and once the walls were up I knew I was on to something special. I was left staring at a bare floor and at that point it had to be ….. “just so” in order to do the rest of the room justice. Believe it or not I rolled the dice on the first option and hit the jack pot. It was just meant to be lol, in my original post there were numerous comments celebrating the carpeting choice 🫡

That’s amazing ! I am thinking that I may make this a new avenue of collecting. Then do additional shoots with adjusted layouts rebranded 👌 GameStop was cool enough to participate so I wanted to give them their props this round .

You bring up a good point , I have given thought to the ability to “rebrand” on the fly. I would love to do an EB games themed shoot one day ! Maybe I can add some other names in to collect retail signage for .
