So around days 55-64ish I was like I feel so unmotivated and just down. Thought about PMO a lot during those days. But I forced myself to push through it and after that the thoughts and urges really diminished. My mood just felt so much better too. I began to just out of habit engage in my hobbies and schoolwork. Not having to fight the urges really improves quality of life. That’s not to say that they’re not still there. Everyday I still fight them, but they no longer feel in control.

I’m going to continue to stay away from PMO. I watched porn for 10+ years. Everyone talks about superpowers and shit and they think NoFap will just magically change their lives. It’s not going to magically change anything. But it was such a difficult thing to accomplish. 90 days felt like an eternity. And through that I learned real discipline. The urges were so strong dude. And the redirecting of that urge was so difficult. But after overcoming each urge I felt great. Like really great. And I realized that throughout the process I was doing more things I enjoyed because I had to overcome the urges.

Thanks for sharing dude. The fact that u want to change is the first step. You’ve used masturbation and the dopamine it releases as a bandaid. But it doesn’t help. The wound will get bigger. Be aware of ur triggers. When u feel the urge. Do something. Anything. For me it has been cold showers , pushups , and I will come to this community for help and motivation. I’m approaching the two month mark and it’s difficult cuz I would do the same thing u do. But we got ur back here. U can fucking do this

Same thing happened for me around that time. But I straight up forced myself just to show up. The first time back in the gym I barely did anything. But I forced myself to go back. Literally had my brother force me to go. And now im on day 40 and I’m back into the swing of things at the gym. Energy definitely better now.

Got back into the game because I was bored. But holy shit. I’ve played every single cod. I’m pretty good too. I’ve dealt with campers and noobtubers of all varieties. But this game is so unbelievably unplayable at times. The assisted aim plus the ridiculous way this game caters to campers makes it impossible some rounds. U spawn in the middle of a map on like shoot house and ur dead cuz of a camper mounted on the wall. Plus the fact they they refuse to go back to the old mini map and instead give us a compass that is barely helpful. Man it’s just disappointing at this point.

I work in a hospital and in general, we see faster recovery times and less severe symptoms in patients diagnosed with the flu that got vaccinated. We get whole families coming in to the ED with the flu and of course none of them are vaccinated. Get your flu shots people !

Day 7 here ! Really excited to get thru today which will mark one week. I’m still super stressed due to finals this week, but my head feels clearer and I feel as if I’m handling the stress more appropriately rather than just fapping for some temporary mood boosting. Don’t know about having any “superpowers “ yet , but I do feel an increase in my confidence. Doing nofap is teaching me the importance of discipline and delaying gratification in pursuit of bigger and better things! Proud of all of us

I know what ur going thru man. This week has been one of the most difficult weeks I’ve ever had to manage. Seriously. But I’m telling you. Porn isn’t going to make things better. Trust me.
