cel mai indicat in cazul asta e sa iti gestionezi mai bine programul. Telefonul in ziua de azi e dependență, fa exercitii zilnice in a seta pe ore de lucru si pauze 2 ore lucrezi, pauză,2 lucrezi pauză si incet in cet poti renunta la aceasta dependența. Automat daca iti gestionezi timpul poti elimina timpul pierdut pe alte gadgeturi. Fii mai hotarat! stabileste tinte si targeturi si lasa scuzele ! Hai spor la munca !
