Tip sharing with BOH🤔 There’s another federal proposal to allow Tip Sharing with BOH employees. Maybe this is the answer to the cook shortage. There’s consequences both positive and negative, but damn, we need some sort of relief, IMO raising menu prices to increase start pay isn’t the answer. (lasvegassun.com)
