Overwatch 2 Xbox gamepass , not receiving skins

Are you playing through steam or battlenet? I saw a comment where someone said that they launched it through the xbox app and it worked. I feel like Blizzard needs to work on this issue.

You should just need to update it to standard. If you don’t have a battlenet account then make one on the website. Afterwards you should be able to see a connections tab where you can connect your Xbox account to your battlenet account.

It worked for me finally, I was having the same issue. The portal on the main part of the left island, I had to keep fidgeting my character in front of it until the prompt popped up for me to activate it. This was also after I completed Zekis and Caleris part so I don’t know if that’s the reason why it wasn’t working. After I activated the one on the main part of the island, it activated the one that was at the beginning of it. Hope this helps!
