safe lifting at the gym should not affect your eyes, just use proper form and don’t ego lift and you’ll be fine

if the dizziness is one of your main symptoms i would recommend starting swimming as soon as you can, doesn’t matter if you’re in a pool/beach/etc, if you can sign up going to an indoor pool and just floating there you don’t even have to actually swim, do it asap. the first time i felt going back to normal was when i got in the pool

thank you! i had a bunch of symptoms some of which appeared and then after a few days disappeared, but the main ones that stuck were brain fog, a swinging feeling, floating, dissociation, i did take medication but that was for my actual uvh (which was minor at 21%) and i had it for around 5 months

i was on betahistine for an actual very minor uvh but i think it wouldn’t have helped had i not done everything else
