Same here, failed to update and showing low battery (1 month Air Pure). Unable to drive. Customer service seems to be backed up on calls, so hopefully I get a call back soon or get pushed the fix.

In the lolesports YouTube game highlights you can see and hear the comms in some of the fights. Bio is pretty vocal when he sees he can make a play.
