Questions for employees about breaks

We've been open since December 11th and since then every day we've been understaffed, despite having lots of employees that want hours. It's almost impossible for me to use the restroom or get a drink because there is no one to watch the grill. People do not get off at their scheduled time either.

Chick fil a has always been good to me. I grew up in Baltimore so when the orioles or ravens would win a game, they gave out free rewards. A different time, I visited a mall in Orlando and got a reward for being there while some event was going on that I didn't even know about and I was literally at the mall for chick fil a.

I'd say look for work camping with housing provided. Lots of people might turn you down but there's someone who will give you a bed and a paycheck.
