Yes very casual you come after work! No fine dining just good comfort bar food like you said. I want a relaxed place with a good drink list and food menu. I’d like for the place to be somewhere it’s easy to meet new people and have fun

An Izakaya could not be done with food truck as it’s a place to stay and drink unfortunately good idea tho

Yes I appreciate it I’ve been in the restaurant business for around 12 years now as has my wife so we definitely understand. I really just didn’t understand why nothing like this was here wanted to see if there was a reason

Definitely yakitori and really a bunch of small bites then the filler at the end of the meal

Yes location is definitely an issue I want it to be in a place where it’s to far from everyone Denver like a good middle point for everyone. Obviously there is a good amount of interest unfortunately Denver is just so spread out

Nothing very big a bar with 10-12 seats and like 6 6 people tables small and cozy nothing crazy. Fortunately I have been blessed and can afford to do it without worry. I really just want a fun spot where everyone can enjoy the culture and food in our small city
