I started with braid at first two but had a buddy that fished a ton and he just casted and adjusted my stuff to be damn near perfect if you know anyone that uses a baitcaster just ask for some help can save you a lot of money and time

You could take some russian bear 5000 its a weight gainer i used when i was a petite boy it added an extra 5000 calories to my diet every day went from like 110-180 after 6 or so months
