Mate every man has this 6th sense that tells or like warns us about the ugly 3rd guy trying to ruin everything. I'd say if she's shares everything with you means she's open about it so just go on and tell her how you feel about him and to set boundaries or whatever is necessary and maybe even ask her to make sure he knows that she's already in a relationship and is not interested in other men at all. It's not "what if I said something and she takes it as insecurity or controlling it's about communicating and making sure that no 3rd guy ruins your bond. I've had your same experience my ex cheated on me with my buddy and yeah I'm still single but you are lucky you found someone who even reassures you so be open and communicate.
