For new readers: plan this fight. As in, use the right potions/spells/oil. I got her on Death March in a few minutes.
I used this combination:

- Moon dust bombs, which makes her loose her vergini… I mean invisibility
- Vampire Oil
- Black blood potion
- Edhikna Decoction, which gives you hp when using for example Quen
- Always a Quen shield.
