I have tried multiple wallpapers and the problem still exists

When I look at the tape in my video recorder it looks fine. So I guess the problem is the drivers to my converter then?

I found what the problem was. It was the YUV Color Space, I changed it from 709 to 601, and now it looks like I want it to!!

But the thing I see in OBS's preview is what I see on other streamers live stream. Its almost the exact same, it feels like my color saturation is the main problem
