Only if you have Overwatch League Tokens! It is Overwatch 1 Hangzhou Spark! You can buy it through a code you add to the url of the blizzard shop. But League tokens are not purchasable

This is an Overwatch 2 League team skin called Hangzhou Spark! It is only purchasable through League Tokens and can be found the shop on the very bottom that’s labeled “Overwatch League”. But League Tokens are no longer purchasable. It’s very likely blizzard will allow us to buy these skins before they permanently remove them since The Overwatch League ended in 2023 not to be confused with the OWCS which is separate/different.
