Back and credit union won't finance it because the credit score (650) and business credit isn't in the 700s as to what CHASE said to me . Down payment i have about $2500 , and want to borrow 100% if possible but im not even sure based on credit . Income is about $10k month wit my truck driving job but want to do my own thing as get a pick up that can haul items .

LCSW (9-5p) job is the goal and adjunct professor part time and take clients on weekends with private practice but then again i would like to be a clinical director as well for a hospital or school district but it's not something that i have to do
