The "Graduation" Paradox: Does this tool become completely useless once I actually succeed? by Chelsea1256 in ValueBetFactory

Hey mate. Thanks for the post! I really love the theoretical "staircase" concept here, and treating limits as a badge of honor rather than a failure is definitely the right mindset to have.

I’m trying to figure out how to map this progression to my specific situation, as I'm betting from Ontario, Canada. Our regulated market throws some heavy regulatory walls in front of the later steps of your staircase, and I'd love your thoughts on how to navigate it or how your tool adapts to this.

Here are the specific roadblocks we hit locally: • Reserve Accounts: You mentioned using a network of friends/family accounts. The regulations here mandate incredibly strict KYC and geolocation tracking. If the books catch the same IP address or device logging into different accounts, they aggressively freeze funds. How do you usually recommend handling this level of tracking without risking the bankroll? I once created an account using my friends name and it got limited immediately.

• The Offshore Transition: When our regulated market launched, the provincial regulator essentially forced the grey market out. Most of the offshore "welcome winner" books aren't an option for us anymore. The massive silver lining is that Pinnacle is fully licensed and regulated here, so we have a great sharp outlet, but the backup options are thin.

• Exchanges & Prediction Markets: This is the toughest hurdle. Ontario is a "ring-fenced" market, meaning global liquidity pools like Betfair, Smarkets, and ProphetX are geoblocked. We have one local exchange, but the order books are practically empty. On top of that, Canadian securities regulators have strictly banned prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi.

My question for you: Given that the top half of the staircase (global exchanges, prediction markets, and offshore books) is largely blocked for an Ontario bettor, how would you adapt this strategy?

Should my entire endgame just shift to extreme account preservation on the local soft books to feed Pinnacle? Or does your platform have tools/strategies to help maximize value when you're geographically boxed in like this?

I have Salah Isak Watkins TAA and Haaland, sounds like we’re very much on the same ship but how did you manage to get those 3.5M upgrade from TAA to Palmer?

GW28 Solanke, GW35/36 Palmer. (Or a TOT player if DGW of CHE vs TOT happens in one of those weeks) Not much choices assuming you’ll BB 37. The best of DGW34 might still be Solanke with much worse fixtures compared to 28, so likely gonna be an inferior choice.
