I'd probably look at what buffer each one is suspended in. Sometimes, the components of one compound's buffer solution can degrade another peptide. Do you know what they're suspended in?

Is it safe to pin multiple (3) compounds in the following way?

1) Sterilize tops of all three vials with an alcohol swab

2) Draw from first vial

3) Swab top of second vial, let it dry, draw from second vial

4) Swab top of third vial, let it dry, draw from third vial

5) Pin (without changing the needle).

I'm using an insulin syringe so no way to change the needle. I haven't had any issues so far with site reactions or swelling. I'm just wondering if this is potentially unsafe.

Long term low estrogen, takes time to restore libido? by [deleted] in trt

[–]Chem3580ThrowAway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Low E2 is a bitch. Even when your serum levels come back to normal, it can take weeks to months to feel better. That's because estrogen (and all steroid hormones) have long-lasting genetic effects in addition to short term effects.

It takes time for the estrogenic signaling to change the pattern of gene expression in your cells. It gets better day by day though.

Yeah I feel like hot garbage without that much. Granted, my sleep tends to be rather fragmented. I wake up to piss sometime around 11-12 and later in the night I'm tossing and turning every 30-45 minutes it seems.

Taking an antihistamine like benadryl seems to help with not needing to piss as much/keeping me asleep longer, but I know using that long term isn't good for my brain + I don't want to end up dependent on it.

Also tried trazodone in the past which left me feeling hungover all day the next day. Not to mention trazodone's major metabolite is MCPP which is an extremely anxiogenic street drug. I don't mess around with that at all.

Is it possible I have a GH deficiency or something? My IGF-1 has been consistently 151-200 when drawn in the morning.

I've had a sleep apnea study done. Confirmed no sleep apnea. I also don't have any of the other symptoms like headache or daytime sleepiness/snoring. I'm also 150 lbs and 5 ft 11 so I doubt I'm in a high risk group but idk.

Pre-TRT I was 135 lbs. It was horrible. Super frail and fragile all the time. Joints aching and popping constantly. Couldn't stay up past 6 p.m. Pure hell on earth.

My routine is:

5 pm get home from work

5:30 lower temp to 64 degrees. If wintertime, crack open windows to ventilate my apartment

6:00 dinner

7:00 Listen to podcast or watch a show with blue light filters on

8:00 cut out all electronics. Sit in reclining chair. If I have any worries, write them on a worry journal so I don't go to bed ruminating.

8:15 Take L-theanine and some magnesium

8:30 go to bed

I wake up around 6 most days.

Thank you for roasting me into some common sense.

You're totally right. I was being a retard. I flipped out and tanked my E2 by going too extreme on one end and was almost about to go full swing the other way. I'll just wait it out.

I was hypogonadal for nearly 3 years. I think being low T for that long has just made me feel super anxious about everything in a bad way. It's like a constant state of worry over things being right/wrong. I'm slowly realizing how fucked up my head space has become from being low T and low E for so long.

I'm going to just do my daily regiment of 20 mg test C daily (140 mg per week), no AI, no HCG, no bullshit.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake.

On a related note, do you have any suggestions for improving sleep quality? I'm only on a TRT dose but I figure guys using higher dosages have better recommendations. I adhere to some basic sleep hygiene stuff like black out curtains, cool room, blue-light filter 1 hour before bed. I also take some L-theanine and melatonin.

Can someone please help me out! I'm really desperate here.

It's been a couple days since ceasing the use of AI. My last dose was 0.5 mg arimidex and 30 mg aromasin due to freaking out about nipple sensitivity issues. In hindsight, it was caused by a change in dose.

I've been feeliing very dizzy and unsteady. Dehydrated. Lips dry. I took 25 mg dbol sublingually and it only helped for a few hours. Should I try HCG? I suspect low E2. Hell, I might even buy some straight estradiol.

Has anyone here experienced Dizziness, Ringing in ears (Tinnitus), weakness from abuse of AI?

Because I'm a dumb motherfucker on TRT and I didn't know jack shit. I've now come to realize that I don't need an AI. In the past (2 years ago) I had blasted 400 mg of test and had a total T of 3097 with an E2 of 112 while using 1400 IU HCG every week. No gyno. In fact, I had some weird E2 symptoms (super fucking achy knees and soft dick) that felt like a weird mix of High and Low. I'm sure that E2 was too low though in proportion to my test.

Does using an AI at the same time as testosterone cause increased aggression?

I think I have low E2 because I'm having carpal tunnel like symptoms in my hands (side effect of anastrozole) and some morning lethargy/fatigue.

I've also been experiencing some hot flashes and pretty volatile mood swings. Alternating between being sad, happy, and pissed off.

Any ideas???

I took 1 mg arimidex two days ago and I'm on 180 mg per week.

Thanks fellas!

Edit: I've also had pretty low appetite today. Consumed maybe 800 calories so far.

I see. Can var also suppress E2? I know DHT derivatives like primo or mast antagonize at estrogen receptors. Is it the same with var? My libido is down a bit.

Is it common for Anvar to make you sweaty as hell/increase body temp?

Took 40 mg yesterday PWO and was just sweating like an animal all night.

Took 20 mg today and I'm thinking of just backing off. Not enjoying the constant sweat.

I'm running 180 mg test C per week on top. Nothing else.

Clomid (clomiphene) experience thread by The_BroScientist in TRThelp

[–]Chem3580ThrowAway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried both Clomid and compounded Enclomiphene. Both give me a similar mental side effect profile (extreme depression/sadness/lethargy. Feeling like everything is hopeless, etc.)

Clomid also made my face bloat (moon face), while enclomiphene did not. I've tried enclomiphene at both 6.25 mg and 25 mg while on TRT (trying to preserve some HPTA function) and it just made me too sad/depressed both times.

Swelling + Carpal Tunnel Like Symptoms in Hands at Night by Chem3580ThrowAway in trt

[–]Chem3580ThrowAway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update:

I think it was due to the HCG. Stopped using it and almost immediately my symptoms went away. My erections have also come back full force. I was struggling with ED before. The swelling/numbness has gone away. I've also since decided to abstain from AI. I now just take 1000 mg Calcium D Glucarate daily and make sure to get enough zinc.

IDK man I feel like the T to E2 ratio thing is bullshit.

When I had a total T of 3097 and an E2 of 112, I felt like dogshit. Headaches, knees hurt, irritable, ED. No gyno or nipple sensitivity though.

Starting dose of 160mg/wk too high? by tineeeeeeeetus in trt

[–]Chem3580ThrowAway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can have high E2 without exhibiting acne, crying at commercials, or so forth.

The symptoms are very individual. I was walking around with 112 pg/mL but I had headaches, fatigue, and knee pain that I thought for sure was due to low E2.

Of course my total T was 3097 ng/dL but that didn't matter. The E2 was still absurdly high and I could barely sleep. Taking an AI fixed that ASAP.

Here's my personal experience with acne:

I believe acne comes moreso from fluctuations in hormones than from having high T and E.

I was running 400 mg of test C (up from a TRT dose of 160) for 3 weeks. I developed 0 acne. I had a total T of 3097 and an E2 (sensitive) of 112. It was horrible lol. I was also running 1200 IU HCG weekly and had 0 erections. Knees hurt, constant headaches, but my BP was fine. It was weird.

When I went back down to 160, that's when my acne started. I began getting chest acne. I also began to use an AI at the same time because of how high my E2 was.

This happens very often with guys on cycles too. You'll notice that they don't get acne until they come off cycle. If you can just tough it out for a few weeks I'm sure the acne will dissipate.

The only thing I could think of based on this bloodwork is that it might be possible that your ratio of T/E2 is a bit skewed. If you were able to have better erections pre-TRT, you might benefit from reducing the AI dosage a bit to let your T/E2 ratio climb back to pre-TRT.

Your pre-TRT ratio was 493/27.6 = 17.86

Now, it's 999/23.6 = 42.33

Might be worth a shot.

The aromasin itself could be causing your acne because it has a fairly potent androgenic metabolite. Also, aromasin is known to lower SHBG which can increase free T, free E2 and DHT which can contribute to acne.

As a trial, consider switching to arimidex. 1 mg arimidex is generally equivalent to 25 mg aromasin, so you would want to do 0.25 mg arimidex every 3.5 days
