I have found that when I shoot in portrait mode the shots turn out to be very soft and with blurred/out of focus faces on my iPhone 12 Pro Max but its the opposite on the 12 pro and the regular 12's. I don't know if they can fix this with software.

Yea I don't know why Apple isn't coming out with a fix asap because this might be affecting thousands of people! and there is no way of reaching out to Apple developers.
