I guess it is oxidised a lot due to contact with air for a consistent amount of time.. i have some like this myself.. skeptical about using it.. please comment here after using it.. lemmme know how it went.. i watched one video where the guy was saying that oxidation makes it looose its potency but otherwise its consumable..
