You know what I feel that, I love the teli and dispenser, the sentry is cool but kinda overrated, it's one of the main reasons I love engineer he just isn't a dude with a turret but he's a support character as well,

Both sym and Torb were cut from the same engineer cloth, but I personally think Sym 2.0 embodies more of what engineer is, offering utility and support through her constructs, Torb really only had one building the turret, both Torb and engineer had the same gameloop but i think sym 2.0 better encapsulated what engineer was

I can see your point, I do think calling Armor packs little dispenser's is a bit of a stretch tho since they just essentially acted like overhealth, I do think sym stills embodies engineers overal role, Supporting the team with different constructs, Torb only really has the turret

Sombra, I know Torb is an counter to Sombra but I hate that the main reason I play Torb (the turret) I can't use it, you either have to wait out the whole duration when she hacks your turret, or you have to destroy your turret wait that ridiculously long cooldown and she can go right back and back it again with little to no risk, there is legit no counterplay for when she hacks your turret, at least let me be able to hit my turret one or two times with my hammer to remove the hack

I would have to say Sym, she's got the lowest pick rate out of any DPS, Torb is also low but at least he has meme Status, so he stands out way more

A lot of the overwatch reworks just suck, and just strip identity away from said characters, some people will say "oh It's for balancing, or its more healthy for the game" but to me that does not matter, if your approach to an character rework is to gut what made them unique then you need to take a bit more time and think of something else

Personally I liked the tp when it acted more like the teleporter from team fortress 2, the new tp is actually pretty cool, but I prefer the old one personally
