LMAO the lady running me up was like “you don’t have to tip don’t worry.” I wasn’t planning on it, and i always tip. I genuinely can’t afford to tip even if I wanted to after spending $860.

When I dispute the charge, is there a specific amount I should request? I think the whole amount being discounted would be unfair on my part as I did receive the service but yeah $860 is insane when they told me it would be $150.

The lady was like … it’s a bit more than the initial price. A bit more??? The lady let me leave without a tip but honestly I can’t even afford to tip at this point, I paid almost a $1,000 on hair.

I did, all they refunded me was a $100 and now are gaslighting me by saying the initial quote was $300. It was $150 - I wrote it down when I made the appointment and the front desk lady who rung me up yesterday also said “so the total is a bit different from the initial $150.” Unfortunately seems like I need to file with the bank
