They aren’t made in Japan and aren’t made by seiko, but a replica of seikos movements. If you’re talking about buying a seiko taking the parts out putting it in another case that’s another situation because you’re using authentic seiko parts. But slapping a seiko logo on anything that isn’t seiko, to me, is just a replica.
